We keep them down to 1-2 team in person meetings a month. Your time matters to us. These meetings actually end up being a lot     of fun and a chance for our entire team to get together and catch up face to face.

Your accountabilities are simple; our goal is quality over quantity. What matters most to us for KPI’s is how many interviews we are getting and how many clients and candidates we have delivered. Everything else doesn’t matter. Some companies have specific metrics, mandating their team to make a certain number of calls and interviews per day This usually leads to an employee trying to reach a goal on a report card versus trying to find the best candidate for the client. These type of metrics rarely lead to success

We avoid gossip and petty disputes at all cost. Any time we hear of anything that resembles bad culture or gossip, we shut it down and confront the concerns head on.

The Christmas Season

We do not come into the office for 2 weeks – you should spend that time with your FAMILY. If you want to come into the office during that time, the decision is yours. Even though it was very busy in past Christmas seasons, it’s nice to work from home, or somewhere warm during that time.

In this business, we can work almost anywhere, all you need is Wi-Fi and a phone. With Zoom, Skype, Facetime, and new technologies emerging, these are making communication and interaction easier, you can work almost anywhere in the world.

Relationships TRUMP Ownership

You can work with any client we have. Some firms do not let you work on a client that someone else owns, that’s ridiculous, No one can manage an organization that has hundreds of hiring managers.

Company Centric NOT Industry Centric

You can work with any client, in any vertical, as long as it makes sense.

Recruiters

We are not big fans of multiple recruiters working on the same role, we believe a recruiter has greater success if they have exclusivity on the roles they work on, instead of going after the same candidates for the same jobs.
